Interval has not launched publicly yet. The sections describing the app apply once it is available; we’ll finalise these terms before launch.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Interval website and app, operated by Eventstream (“we”, “us”). By using Interval or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. What Interval is

Interval is a theatre-discovery service: browse theatres in your city, follow the ones you like, and see their shows. Interval does not sell tickets. Booking always takes place on the theatre’s own website, subject to that theatre’s terms.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Interval’s launch and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Your account

Once accounts are available, you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse Interval. In particular, don’t use it for anything unlawful, harmful or infringing; don’t attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access; and don’t scrape or misuse listings data.

6. Listings and accuracy

Show information is gathered from theatres and their ticketing systems and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm dates, times, availability and prices on the theatre’s own website before booking. Interval is not responsible for a theatre’s content, availability, bookings, or performances.

7. Venues and claimed profiles

Theatres may claim and manage their profiles, subject to verification and any separate venue terms. Venue-supplied content must be accurate and lawful.

8. Intellectual property

Interval, its design and its content (other than material supplied by theatres) are owned by Eventstream. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission.

9. Disclaimers

Interval is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eventstream is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues arising from a theatre’s website, bookings, or performances.

11. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the Irish courts.
